This giveaway is organized by Cool Marbelous S.L., with Tax ID number B93451078 and registered office at Calle
Ribera, 12-13, 29660 Marbella (Málaga), Spain, the legal owner of the Homiés Marbella brand.
2. Purpose of the Giveaway
The purpose of this giveaway is to promote unique and limited-edition pieces from the brand. The prize consists of a selection of items from the Homiés Marbella archive, valued at over EUR 2,000.
3. Territorial Scope and Duration
The giveaway is international and will take place exclusively through the brand's official Instagram account:

Winner announcement: May 15, 2025 at 16:00 CET via @homiesmarbella Instagram Stories
4. Participation Requirements
Participation is open to individuals over 18 years of age from anywhere in the world.
To participate correctly, you must:
- Follow the Instagram account @homiesmarbella
- Comment on the official giveaway post by tagging a friend (each comment counts as a valid entry)
There is no limit to the number of comments: more comments = more chances to win.
5. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected randomly using an external tool (such as AppSorteos, Easypromos, or similar), choosing 1 winner and 2 alternates.
If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of being contacted, the prize will be offered to the next alternate.
6. Prize
The winner will receive a selection of exclusive archive products from the brand, valued at over EUR 2,000.
The items will be chosen by the Homiés Marbella team.
Sizes and styles will be selected randomly based on archive availability.
The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Homiés Marbella will cover all international shipping costs.
Any additional customs fees in the destination country will be the responsibility of the winner.
