Pre-order FAQ

What does pre-order mean?

The pre-order tag indicates that you are ordering an item that is on pre-sale, which means the product is not available at the moment to be shipped. 

When will my order be shipped?

Your whole order will be shipped as soon as all the garments are available. As part of our commitment with sustainability, we ship all items together once they are ready.

What if I order items in stock and others in pre-order?

If your order contains products in stock and in pre-order,  or if it includes more items in pre-order with different dates, we will ship the entire order on the latest delivery date provided. 

Will I get notified when my order is ready to be shipped?

Once we have all your items ready to be dispatched from our warehouse,  the selected delivery time will begin to count. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email with the tracking number. 

Can I split my order if the items have different dispatch dates? 

A standard order will be sent altogether in one single parcel, on the date of the product with the latest dispatch. Even though splitting an order is not the best sustainable option, we do understand that sometimes you may need the items that are already available, sooner. 

To split the order, you only need to contact our Customer Service team through our online contact form with your order number and a message that states your request. They will get back to you to confirm that the split has been made.


*Please note that in a few exceptional cases there may be a delay in the receipt of the goods. We do our best to avoid this, but if this is the case, you will find the new delivery date on the product page.

We will also inform you by e-mail about any possible changes.
