WHAT IS THE FIT OF HOMIĒS MARBELLA APPAREL?

We offer a wide variety of fits along our collections, from slim to oversized fits. For specific measurements, each item on the web specifies the fit in the description and also includes a size chart that will help you figure our which size is best for you.

HOW DO I SHOP AT HOMIESMARBELLA.COM?

Click on the relevant section on the menu, and on the links to visit categories, such as Hoodies or T-shirts. If you are looking for a specific item, you can use 'Search' option at the upper right corner to find products by name, category or collection.


When you have made the selection, choose your size and click on the 'add to cart'.


Once you are ready to complete your purchase, visit your cart at the top right-hand corner of your screen and click on 'Proceed to checkout' to be led to the secure checkout process.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER WAS SUCCESSFUL?

Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email/SMS. To ensure that this goes to your inbox please add help@homiesmarbella.com to your contacts, otherwise your confirmation email may end up in your Junk/Spam folder.


If you have not received your order confirmation email, please notify our support team.

THE AFTERCARE OF HOMIĒS MARBELLA APPAREL

Each piece has a unique internal care label that specifies with washing instructions.

Anyhow, we recommend washing all items in cold water and to never tumble dry.

WHEN AM I ELIGIBLE FOR FREE SHIPPING?

Free Worldwide shipping is automatically added to all international orders over 150€ and orders in Spain over 100€.

WHICH SHIPPING COMPANY WILL HANDLE MY ORDER?

All orders are shipped with DHL Express Shipping.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP ORDER TO MY LOCATION?

An email will be sent confirming your order has left our warehouse, your tracking information will also be included in this email.

HOW DO I AMEND MY ORDER?

If you have made a mistake with your address when placing your order, please contact help@homiesmarbella.com immediately so we can try to rectify your details.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?

DHL offers an online service called ODD (On Delivery Demand) which you can use to make the delivery more convenient for you and change the delivery address, if needed. Here's the link for the ODD service: https://ondemand.dhl.com


Simply follow the link, enter your tracking details then hit the 'change address' section and the rest will be easy to follow. You'll need your tracking information before you can make any changes, so wait for your shipping confirmation to come through before trying it.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding Spanish Holidays.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER YET, HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS?

- Check if you have received an email confirming your order has been dispatched

- Check the tracking information that is included in your dispatch confirmation email using the relevant link

- Check for emails, phone calls and attempted delivery cards from one of couriers, it may be that your parcel is being held at your local depot awaiting collection or redelivery

- Check if somebody at your address has taken the delivery on your behalf

- Although our couriers should not leave your parcel with a neighbour its always worth checking with your neighbour just in case

- Please contact DHL and help@homiesmarbella.com and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible

AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER, WHAT CAN I DO?

First of all, please contact help@homiesmarbella.com with the following information:

- Order Number

- Missing Item(s)


Our customer service team will investigate the matter and will resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.

All missing item claims must be made within 7 days of the delivery date of your order.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES

All Homiés Marbella orders are currently shipped from the European Union, so you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery. We recommend using Import Tax & Duties calculator as a guide. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable through HOMIÉS MARBELLA. However, your local customs bureau may be able to assist you with a duty refund.


EU ORDERS

We ship DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) to all EU countries, which means we cover all relevant import taxes and duties.


NON-EU ORDERS

Orders to all non-EU countries are shipped DAP, subject to import tax and duties that will be calculated at the checkout where you are going to be able to pay at the moment or select to pay them when receiving the parcel.


All other non-customs related local taxes are not covered by HOMIÉS MARBELLA.


Please note that VAT/duties may apply for European countries outside of the EU.


UK CUSTOM DUTIES

We offer free shipping over 150€ orders and one free return per order. Taxes and duties will be automatically applied at checkout for orders above the EUR equivalent of 135 GBP, contingent on the exchange rate at the time of purchase.

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

CAN I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The items must be in new condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging in order to be eligible for a return. 


Note that the 14-day limit does not apply to the time the package spends in transit, so express shipping is not necessary.


There is one free return for international customers (EU except Spain and outside the EU) . Free returns for Spain are not available at the moment, therefore customers in Spain will be responsible for covering the returns shipping cost.


On receiving your return the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once our checks are complete we’ll refund your credit/debit card.

HOW DO I SHIP RETURNS?

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

Submit your return request via our Global-e platform to receive a return label:

You will be prompted to enter:

1. your order number (order ID) — the longer order number starting with GE, followed by a few numbers

2. your email address used to place the order.


Please note that international customs duties and taxes on all international orders are non-refundable through Homiés Marbella. Additional shipping costs may be incurred in returns and exchanges.


RETURNS IN SPAIN:

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

On receiving your return the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once our checks are complete we’ll refund your credit/debit card. Kindly note that it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show on your account (how long depends on your card issuer).


Customers can also be refunded via Paypal. Therefore, the customer must inform the following Paypal account/mail by email aloha@coolmarbelous.com together with the information of the item(s) of the return.


Homiés Marbella is not responsible for the refund of the shipping cost.


We will send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and when we have processed your refund.

PRIVACY POLICY

HOW DOES HOMIĒS MARBELLA PROCESS CUSTOMER DATA?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, telephone number and email address.


When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
