We’re bummed things didn’t work out for you, but here’s the good news: you get 14 days to return your items starting from the day you receive your order.
Items must be returned in the same original conditions. All original tags must be attached.
Please note that we can only exchange an item for the same article in a different size or color. The new size/color will be dispatched as soon as we have received the article that is to be exchanged.
In order to start the exchange or refund process, the customers can contact the Hómies team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Stating the order number, the reason for return and whether it’s a request for a product exchange or a refund.
Please note that final sale items, which are not available online anymore, are not eligible for a return.
Once you receive your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is defective, please contact our Customer Care Team via email email@example.com within 2 days of receipt and let us know. We will work with you to correct the order as quickly as possible so that you can show off your #HomiésStyle!
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURN
The returned items must be sent back in their original packaging together with all the materials received with the item/s (bags, tags etc.) and should have a copy of the return from inside.
The item/s must be unharmed, not worn or altered. If the item does not fit these requirements it will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own cost.
Authorized returns must be shipped using the carrier suggested by Homiés Marbella with the tracking number in the email providing the return instructions.
Homiés Marbella is not responsible for the shipping cost of the returns.
Size or color exchanges will only be issued if requested sizes and colors are in stock.
An item can only be exchanged once.
All products are checked at the warehouse for any faults. However, if a customer receives an item, not in the original state please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Homiés Marbella is not responsible for the delivery costs of the items that are returned to us from the USA. If you want to exchange your items for a different size or color, we may request that you cover the delivery costs. We advise that customs costs will be covered from your side and they might retain your order.
Homiés Marbella reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been properly authorized or sent not in accordance with the return policy of Homies Marbella.
In case of customer requests, the refund of the item(s) returned, the refund will be issued after the parcel is returned to our warehouse and only after the quality check on the item(s).
On receiving your return the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once our checks are complete we’ll refund your credit/debit card. Kindly note that it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show on your account (how long depends on your card issuer).
Customers will be also refunded via Paypal. Therefore, the customer must inform his Paypal account/mail by email email@example.com together with the information of the item(s) of the return.
Homiés Marbella is not responsible for the refund of the shipping cost.
We will send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and when we have processed your refund.
